Job summary

AIO App Inc. is looking for an Account Executive to manage a territory, from generating leads to closing deals. In this hybrid role, you will actively prospect, understand customer needs, and demonstrate how AIO’s AI-native solutions can improve operations.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years in B2B SaaS sales, consultative selling skills, and strong HubSpot proficiency. You will be rewarded based on what you close, so significant earning potential exists for top performers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of quota attainment.
• Full-cycle sales experience including sourcing, discovery, demoing, negotiating, and closing.
• Strong discovery and consultative selling instincts.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned geographic territory and build a systematic plan to cover it.
• Generate pipeline independently through outbound prospecting.
• Run thorough discovery calls to understand each operator's current tech stack and pain points.
• Deliver tailored product demos that address specific pain points uncovered in discovery.
• Keep HubSpot current at every stage of the sales process.
