Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank customers.
• Place customer food and beverage orders through verbal communication and/or automated systems.
• Relay customer orders from service counter to kitchen operations.
• Cook, prepare, package and pour food and beverages using kitchen equipment and following food safety procedures.
• Stock kitchen and service areas with necessary food, beverage, packaging and service materials.
• Fill food and beverage orders as part of coordinated kitchen and service operations.
• Handle customer payments and provide correct change.
• Unload deliveries of food, beverage, packaging and serving materials.
• Clean interior and exterior of the restaurant and maintain a clean dining area.
• Observe alcoholic beverage laws where applicable.
• Maintain safe public access to the restaurant.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
