Job summary

Pollo Tropical is seeking energetic team members in Florida to support food preparation and serving duties in a fast-paced, Caribbean-inspired restaurant. You will greet customers, take orders, relay to kitchen, and assist with stocking and maintaining clean dining and prep areas.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, handling payments, and ensuring safety and quality of service. Prior experience in quick-service is a plus; bilingual skills are a benefit in some locations.
