Pollo Tropical is hiring team members to support food preparation and service in a fast-paced, Caribbean-inspired atmosphere. You will greet guests, take orders, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Positions require strong communication, the ability to multitask, and reliability. Training on POS and kitchen equipment will be provided; the environment is lively and customer-focused.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to greet and assist customers and coworkers.
• Ability to learn POS systems and kitchen screens.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and thank customers.
• Take and relay food and beverage orders.
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to standards.
• Stock and maintain kitchen and service areas.
• Follow alcohol laws where applicable and ensure a clean dining environment.
