Job summary

Pollo Tropical is seeking team members for the front-of-house and kitchen areas in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, relaying to the kitchen, food preparation, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean dining area.

Team members must be 16 years or older, able to work as part of a team, and comfortable using a POS system and digital devices to complete daily tasks. This is an on-site position at a fast-paced restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet and thank customers.
• Must be able to follow food service procedures and safety standards.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders clearly.
• Process orders through verbal communication and/or POS system.
• Relay orders from service counter to kitchen operations.
• Prepare and assemble food and beverages with standard procedures.
• Stock supplies and maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Handle payments and provide correct change.
• Assist with unloading deliveries when needed.
• Clean dining areas and restaurant premises to ensure a pleasant environment.
