Job summary

Hardee's Restaurants, LLC is looking for a Crew Person to join our team. You will perform tasks across stations, ensuring a positive guest experience and that food is prepared to our standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean, stocked stations, packaging and delivering products per menu standards, and following all safety and cash-control procedures. The role requires standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent preferable.

Responsibilities

• Follows all Company Guest service guidelines and procedures; takes action to ensure Guests receive SUPERSTAR Service.
• Works assigned station(s) accurately and productively; cleans and stocks the station area(s); performs other cleaning duties.
• Ensures Guests receive hot, quality products; prepares, packages and delivers all products according to Menu Standards.
• Handles all food products according to company procedures; follows all company food safety, handling and sanitation requirements.
• Follows all company cash control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs; uses products, supplies, equipment and facilities properly.
• Demonstrates oral communication skills; communicates effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements.
