Job summary

Schlotzsky's Maumee is seeking a Team Leader to help run daily operations and step in for the General Manager when needed.

You will supervise both front of house and back of house, coach team members, monitor service speed, address guest comments, ensure food quality and cleanliness, enforce cash handling procedures, and assist with opening and closing the restaurant in upper management's absence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts and ensure a positive experience for guests.
• Manage FOH and BOH shift responsibilities to help control labor costs.
• Monitor speed of service to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Assist with guest comments and complaints and escalate when needed.
• Supervise daily shifts to maintain standards of product quality and cleanliness.
• Assist in ongoing training of team members and new hires.
• Enforce uniform policy and standards.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
