Job summary

Schlotzsky's Maumee is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure a positive guest experience while upholding food quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

You will supervise team members, manage scheduling and staffing, support promotions and brand initiatives, and coordinate with the General Manager to deliver fast, friendly service across dine-in, to-go, curbside, and delivery.
