Responsibilities include supervising food preparation, managing staff schedules, and ensuring excellent guest service. The ideal candidate should have management experience in food service, possess strong organizational and decision-making skills, and be familiar with Microsoft Office applications. Flexibility to work various shifts is also required.

Formación

• Management level experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, nights, & holidays as required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise preparation, cooking, & serving of food.
• Assist with weekly work schedule & crew organization.
• Order inventory & supplies, check deliveries for accuracy.
• Ensure highest levels of guest service.
• Oversee store safety & sanitation practices.
• Coach, train, & motivate crew members.
