Job summary

Burger King in Portage, IN is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to help run daily operations and deliver great guest experiences. You will train new team members, coach staff, and ensure quality, service, and cleanliness while meeting financial goals.

You'll lead shifts, supervise a small team, and collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to improve guest metrics. High school diploma and 1–2 years supervisory experience are required; all shifts including weekends needed.
