Qualifications

• Complete all internal certification programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees) to drive guest satisfaction, sales and profitability.
• Lead the restaurant management team and oversee controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance.
• Work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning of the restaurant.
• Oversee team members, shift coordinators and assistant managers.
• Interact with staff, management, customers, field ops and vendors.
