Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and supervise the team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. The RAM leads and coaches team members, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities include hosting second interviews, maintaining cleanliness, coaching food safety, and managing cash and inventory while supporting administrative duties and company policies.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations
• Cascades relevant information to team members and assists with new product training
• Responsible for placing campaign materials upon request
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift

• It ensures a safe environment and follows safety codes.
