Landed is hiring an Assistant Manager to direct and coordinate operations at a fast-paced location in the United States. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, brand standards, and efficient service.

The position requires at least 1 year of restaurant management experience, open availability for full-time 45 hours per week, and strong leadership to train staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and cash handling. Benefits and growth opportunities available.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Open availability for full-time position (45 hours/week).
• Adhere to brand standards and supervise team members.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license.
• Comfortable using Outlook calendar for scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Direct, coordinate, implement and manage planning, organizing, training and leadership to achieve objectives for sales, cost controls, and guest service.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management and scheduling.
• Monitor food quality, portion control and presentation to ensure brand standards are met.
• Manage cash drawers and oversee cash handling and reporting.
• Enforce all policies and standards and support local marketing efforts.
