The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage high-volume service in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing and motivating a team.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant environments preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a positive, outgoing personality.
• Customer service oriented with problem-solving focus.
• Flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.
• Ongoing Food Safety Manager certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen team and conduct training using certification process.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure policy adherence.
• Lead morning pre-shift meetings and opening/closing procedures.
• Roll out new menu items, recipes, and LTOs with clear communication.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control in system.
