Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing training and coaching for staff.

• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain welcoming and clean restaurant.
• Ensure product quality and operations standards are met.
• Collaborate with GM to improve guest metrics and action plans.
• Review sales and scheduling to ensure QSC.
• Ensure daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs are accurate.
• Review inventory to create product orders and adjust as needed.
• Implement cost controls and optimize labor.
• Monitor people charts and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Create and monitor schedules and onboard new team members.
• Implement action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
