Job summary

Jamba location is seeking a Team Leader to contribute to daily operations, supervising shifts, and stepping in for the General Manager or Assistant Manager as needed while upholding high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.

You will supervise shifts, support both front- and back-of-house teams, help control labor costs, handle guest comments and complaints, train staff, ensure cash handling is correct, and open/close the restaurant in the absence of upper

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned shifts and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Support both FOH and BOH teams and help manage daily labor and costs.
• Monitor speed of service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist with guest comments and complaints.
• Ensure company standards, product quality, and cleanliness are maintained.
• Assist in training new hires and existing staff on procedures.
• Encourage adherence to uniform policy and standards.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Open or close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
