Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor in Pearland, TX to lead daily operations with a guest-first mindset. You will supervise team members, ensure quality service, and help manage staffing and training in a fast-paced Burger King setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of supervisory experience and strong communication skills, capable of guiding a diverse team through daily challenges while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
