Qualifications

• At least 1 year in an Assistant Manager role in a high-volume food service.
• Ability to lead a team and manage daily operations.
• Willingness to work 50–55 hours per week including weekends/holidays.
• Must have valid driver's license and pass background screening.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and safety standards.
• Support GM in achieving sales and operational goals.
