The AGM will develop staff, oversee scheduling, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards, while supporting store leadership in achieving business goals.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and cost control experience.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and onboard staff.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure profitable performance.
