Wendy's is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead our restaurant operations and team development. This role focuses on delivering great customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

As an AGM, you will support the General Manager, manage daily operations, and guide staff through coaching, scheduling, and training. Strong leadership and a passion for growth within a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service concepts preferred.
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant daily operations under GM direction.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staffing schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team; coach and develop staff.
• Ensure health and safety standards and proper food handling.
