Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service setting.
• Flexibility to work 50–55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing; access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• HS diploma or equivalent; state and federal documentation.
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decisive, customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, train, orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set and uphold a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
