Circle K North Canton, OH is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager. This full-time role supports the Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations, coaches the team, and partners with management to uphold Circle K standards.

The RAM leads shifts, ensures food safety, and drives guest satisfaction while managing administrative tasks and inventory. Responsibilities include staffing, training, cash control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Full time position; requires availability during all operation hours and some pre-opening/post-closing duties.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner.
• Coach and correct team members; conduct interviews as needed.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and perform housekeeping duties.
• Direct shift duties and ensure food items meet brand, company, and health standards.
• Oversee cash handling, sales, inventory, and end-of-shift paperwork.
• Assist RM with daily, weekly, and period-end tasks when RM is absent.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance; report incidents per policy.
