The RAM leads and motivates staff to uphold brand standards and ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include assigning shift duties, ensuring food safety and quality, managing cash and inventory during shifts, and completing end-of-shift paperwork.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing.
• Valid state Driver’s License required

• Leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members in the RM's absence
• Directs shift duties and ensures completion

• Manages cash, sales, and inventory records during shifts
• Completes end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork
• Communicates discrepancies to supervisor
• Supports financial and operational metrics to ensure profitability
