Burger King is expanding and looking for a driven individual to join our Malden team as a Restaurant Supervisor. You will lead a fast-paced crew, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage daily operations to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Partner with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers and cash handling.
