Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program requirement.
• Ability to manage cash handling and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach Team Members to serve guests promptly and courteously.
• Interact with Guests to maintain a friendly atmosphere and high service levels.
• Complete administrative tasks and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Oversight of cash handling, alcohol service, inventories, and deliveries.
• Monitor budgets to support profitability and cost control.
