Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Alabama seeks a Team/Crew Leader to supervise daily operations and ensure quality service for guests. You will lead station tasks, assist with training, and maintain clean, safe work areas.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities, with flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior restaurant experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge required.
• Basic math and reading skills needed.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and multi-task efficiently.
• Demonstrated leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties (fountain, grill, expeditor, etc.) to meet standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
• Lead cleaning and sanitation tasks and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Ensure regular attendance and reliability.
• Lead shift meetings and report issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
