You’ll guide the team through each shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while fostering a supportive culture that helps team members grow.

This on-site, full-time role requires leadership experience in a high-volume setting, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of full-serve restaurant leadership in a high-volume setting.
• Understanding of front- and back-of-house operations and basic financials.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Natural leader who puts people first and leads by example.
• Able to stay organized and energized in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and assist management with operations.
• Lead shifts with energy and a commitment to service and operations excellence.
• Create a fun, welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Model iServ’s mission, values and culture in every interaction.
• Mentor and develop team members; onboard and train new staff.
