StaffedUp is seeking an Assistant Manager for a fast-paced restaurant in Albany, NY. You will support the General Manager, help with hiring, onboarding, and training, and lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service.

You’ll manage scheduling, labor efficiency, inventory, and cost control while keeping the team motivated and accountable across shifts, with real opportunities to grow into a General Manager role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• Decision-making and problem solving under pressure.
• Hands-on, lead-from-the-front mentality is essential.
