Job summary

Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager to lead restaurant operations, coach team members, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will help build a high-performing team, maintain standards, and drive growth while preparing for future leadership opportunities.

The role focuses on coaching, accountability, and operational excellence in a fast-paced setting. This is a full-time on-site position at our restaurant location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
• Coach, develop, and support Shift Leaders and team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
• Monitor labor, sales, inventory, and controllable costs.
• Lead by example and create a positive, inclusive team culture.
