Circle K in Clarkesville, GA is seeking a part-time Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and supervise the team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. This role focuses on maintaining brand standards, coaching staff, and delivering excellent guest service.

You will oversee shift activities, ensure food safety and quality, and assist with interviews and administrative duties. A positive attitude and strong teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and pre/post-shift requirements.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations and supervise team in RM's absence.
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members to uphold standards and brand policies.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance with health regulations; manage cash, sales, and inventory records.
• Conduct interviews for team members and shift leads as needed.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and end-of-period paperwork when RM is unavailable.
