Job summary

Circle K in Unadilla, Georgia is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations, supervise the team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, and uphold brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

The RAM will coach staff, ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations, manage cash and inventory, and collaborate with the management team to drive profitability. Full-time, with days and evenings shifts.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant team in RM's absence and coach staff for performance.
• Ensure guest service is fast, friendly, and consistent with Brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations; manage cash and inventory records.
• Direct daily and end-of-period paperwork and assist with administrative duties.
• Support training on new products and company policies; uphold safety procedures.
• Partner with RM to meet financial and operational metrics and drive profitability.
