Circle K in Florence, Mississippi is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, oversee Team Members in the RM's absence, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The RAM leads, coaches, and collaborates with management to uphold brand standards and health regulations, while managing cash and inventory and completing required paperwork. Evening shifts and full-time employment are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise the team in RM’s absence and coach Team Members.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by providing fast, friendly service and coaching staff.
• Ensure food safety, brand standards, and health regulations are followed.
• Handle cash, sales, and inventory records; complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Prepare end-of-period reports and assist with administrative duties as needed.
