Qualifications

• Coach, develop, and support cross training of Team Members.
• Open/close the restaurant, place orders, conduct inventory, and cash handling.
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure proper practices and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in partnership with GM/AGM and team.
• Promote a positive work environment and deliver on commitments to guests.
• Delegate routines, ensure standards, and support training and development.
