Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to bring our mission, values, and hospitality to life in our Brandon restaurant. TLs partner with managers to lead daily operations, promote a positive work environment, and ensure commitments to guests are met.

The role includes delegation, training support, and maintaining standards across service shifts. Candidates should be able to supervise opening/closing duties, assist with food orders, inventory, and cash handling, while upholding food safety and cleanliness

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality settings and guest service.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to manage opening/closing duties and cash handling.
