Job summary

Responsibilities include managing schedules, monitoring speed of service, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining accuracy in daily numbers and inventory control. Flexibility to work all shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in line with Burger King standards.
• Ability to motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Flexible to work all shifts including open, close, weekends and holidays.
