Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leaders and put people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable guest experiences and service that encourages return visits.
• Balance high quality employee/guest experience with financial goals.
• Welcome new team members and provide necessary training.
• Lead inspiring team huddles to inform and motivate the team.
• Ensure ongoing training and coaching for team members.
• Build shift supervisor capability and prepare for next level.
• Monitor brand service behaviors and provide feedback and celebration.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean restaurant environment.
• Ensure product quality and operational standards are met.
• Collaborate with GM to improve guest metrics with action plans.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Verify daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to inform product orders and cost controls.
• Adjust staffing and scheduling as needed.
