Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to guide daily restaurant operations, coach Team Members, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with managers to maintain standards, support training, and ensure smooth service from opening to closing in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving to keep guests satisfied and the restaurant running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to train and develop Team Members.
• Commitment to guest service excellence and positive work culture.
• Ability to delegate, supervise opening/closing duties and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and support General Managers and Assistants to drive performance.
• Foster a positive work environment and uphold service standards for guests and team.
• Oversee opening/closing tasks, inventory, food orders, and cash handling as needed.
• Ensure food safety practices and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Coach and train Team Members and support cross-training initiatives.
• Monitor deployment during shifts to maximize guest interactions and timely food presentation.
