Circle K in Comer, GA is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and lead the team in their absence. The RAM will guide staff to maintain Circle K brand standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes coaching, shift oversight, and collaboration with management to uphold health and safety, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency while delivering a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and pre-opening/post-closing support.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coach and correct team.
• Conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and assign shift duties.
• Direct team to follow brand, company, and health regulations; coach on food prep and production.
• Cascade information to the team and assist with training on new products.
• Ensure product quality, food safety and standards; monitor cash, sales, and inventory.
