Job summary

Circle K is seeking a part-time Restaurant Assistant Manager in Gainesville, GA to assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervise the team in their absence. The RAM leads and coaches team members to maintain brand standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health regulations
• Coaches team on food preparation and production management
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory records
• Completes end of shift and end of day paperwork
• Completes reports on incidents following the 5-minute rule
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational metrics
