Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Wisconsin to lead staff, oversee operations, and drive sales while maintaining safety and high service standards. You will manage scheduling, training, and daily reporting, collaborate with the Restaurant Manager, and help control budgets, inventory, and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• Experience managing 5–10+ employees.
• Experience with budgets and P&L statements.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and background check eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safe, clean facility and food safety compliance.
• Drive sales via ordering, stocking, inventory, and food prep.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with tasks, scheduling, and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders promptly.
• Analyze financials and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition.
