Love’s Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help lead staff, optimize operations, and drive sales while ensuring food-safety and high customer satisfaction. You will support scheduling, reporting, and daily tasks alongside the Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1+ year(s) of restaurant management experience, strong communication, and ability to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• Experience managing operations with P&L awareness.
• Ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling and reporting.
• Lead staff, manage processes, and execute strategies to boost sales.
• Ensure safe, clean facility and adhere to food safety procedures.
• Prepare and package customer orders promptly to maximize service.
• Analyze profit and loss and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Collaborate on talent acquisition and staff development.
