Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores in United States is seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and ensure service excellence. You will manage schedules, cash integrity, and reporting while delivering high-quality food and customer experiences.

The role requires 1+ year of restaurant management, budget and P&L familiarity, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance and food safety.Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.Assist the Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.Prepare and package customer orders promptly to maximize service.Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements and drive improvements.Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition.
