You will assist the Restaurant Manager with scheduling, reporting, and ensuring food safety, while using strong communication and teamwork to drive excellent service and profitability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with annual sales over $1M.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check; may include motor vehicle check/DOT.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and food prep.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders to maximize service quality.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate on talent acquisition with the Restaurant Manager.
