You will oversee daily routines, ensure safety and quality, and support the Restaurant Manager with planning, reporting, and team development.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, effective communication, and hands-on leadership to meet financial targets and sustain high service standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with annual sales > $1M.
• 1+ years handling budgets and P&L statements.
• 1+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with proper food safety.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and prep.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, and cash integrity.
• Prepare and package customer orders promptly to meet service expectations.
• Analyze profit and loss and suggest improvements; collaborate on talent acquisition.
