Qualifications

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• Experience overseeing a team of 5–10+ employees.
• Experience managing operations with annual sales on the order of $1M+.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, well-maintained facility with proper food safety practices.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food prep.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Collaborate with team to prepare and package orders to meet customer expectations.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support Restaurant Manager with talent acquisition efforts.
