Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in North Augusta, SC to help run daily restaurant operations and supervise team members in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. The RAM leads and coaches the team to uphold brand standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills, with responsibilities ranging from hiring support to cash handling and health compliance.

Responsabilités

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coaches team.
• Conducts interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Ensures cleanliness and housekeeping; assigns duties and follows up.
• Ensures food safety and quality; coaches on guidelines for prep and production.
• Implements information sharing and training for new products.
• Oversees cash, sales, and inventory records; completes shift paperwork.
• Assists RM with daily, weekly, and period-end tasks and reporting when needed.
• Maintains safety standards for guests and staff.
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational targets.
