Job summary

CAVA Indianapolis is seeking Team Leaders to bring our mission, values, and guest‑centric approach to life in our restaurants. TLs lead the team daily, promote a positive work environment, and deliver on commitments to guests.

You will coach and develop Team Members, support opening/closing duties, place food orders, conduct inventory, and handle cash. You’ll uphold food safety and cleanliness standards while modeling sound decision making.

Qualifications

• Lead and coach Team Members to deliver hospitality and quality food.
• Open/close operations, place orders, conduct inventory, and process cash handling.
• Uphold food safety practices and cleanliness standards across shifts.
• Resolve issues with sound judgment and support guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations as TL in partnership with GMs/AGMs.
• Delegate routines and ensure standards are executed; support training.
• Train and develop other Team Members to grow with the business.
