CAVA is hiring Team Leaders to live our mission and values in our New York restaurants. You will lead daily operations, promote a positive work environment, and ensure guest satisfaction by executing standards and coaching Team Members.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, placing orders, inventory checks, cash handling, and upholding food safety practices while supporting team development and cross-training.

• Develops and supports team members through training.
• Ensures opening/closing duties, ordering, inventory, and cash handling.
