Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic computer skills for POS, scheduling and reporting.
• Cash handling and basic financial controls.
• Time management to coordinate staff and shift coverage.
• Problem solving and decision making in daily operations.
• Experience in staff training and development.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders and team; assist in RM duties when absent.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed correctly.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicate priorities, goals and results to the team.
• Assist with new product rollouts, training and marketing activities.
• Maintain safety, food safety, and sanitation compliance.
