Job summary

Edible Brands, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Systems Analyst, Menu & Inventory (Roti) to ensure accurate menus, pricing, and inventory data across Toast POS, Crunchtime, and connected platforms. The role collaborates across Operations, Culinary, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to translate product concepts into fully tested system builds.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on restaurant systems administration or configuration experience in a multi-unit environment.
• Production experience with Toast POS, including menu builds, modifiers, pricing, and multi-location management.
• Production experience with Crunchtime or similar platform, including item master, recipes, and inventory.
• Strong understanding of restaurant cost-control fundamentals (COGS, yields, PAR levels, waste).

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration and maintenance of Toast POS menus across locations, including items, modifiers, pricing, taxes, and location-specific settings.
• Manage menu changes, price updates, seasonal resets, promotions, and LTOs across POS, KDS, online ordering, and third-party platforms.
• Serve as the systems owner for new product and LTO launches, testing items in Toast and Crunchtime for cost, routability, and inventory depletion.
• Maintain Crunchtime item and recipe master, including yields, UOM conversions, and PAR levels.
• Partner with Marketing to maintain pricing and product information across digital menus and regulatory info.
• Administer system users, roles, permissions, and configuration standards across Toast and Crunchtime with proper documentation.
